- Male or female drug abusers, alcoholics or heavy smokers;
- of any age;
- must be willing to receive residential gospel drug treatment and do not resist the Christian faith;
- must undergo a body check and get passed;
- must be a holder of Hong Kong Identity Card and a legal resident of Hong Kong.
