Jan 17: A Social Enterprise, Morning Star Motorcycle Limited, was established and began offering services to the general public.
Jan 22: A groundbreaking ceremony was inaugurated, signifying the official commencement of the reconstruction of Dawn Island.
April 29-May 16: Led by Mrs. Lilian Yeh, OD short term mission team spent 2 weeks touring Vancouver, Canada. A live interview and an AV recording session were conducted with Showers of Blessing Evangelistic Ministry, a local gospel Radio Station. In the episode titled "Light of the Morning Star", our team members shared God’s grace they experienced in their lives to listeners.
July 21: Mark Service Company Limited, the 2nd Social Enterprise of OD, was set up. It offers our graduates more job and new life opportunities.
Oct 8-Nov 22: A short term mission team, which consisted of 5 co-workers and headed by our Assistant General Secretary, Ms. Flora Siu and minister, Mr. Chun Hing Kwok, visited Sydney and Melbourne, Australia. The team was interviewed by local 3-CW Australia Chinese Broadcasting Station and Australia SBS Broadcasting Station.
